Having been watching IP litigation take it's course since DM's 1st filings Mar-2008 I think it was, I have become numb as to when we get court news.

The judge saying I will do my best to rule within 2 weeks is in no way a "promise." We might as well double anything that is said...lol.

Take your time and get it right is what I care about.
