It has been about licensing specific product lines....they have identified specific devices in every case.

The question is, for me anyway....

Are licenses specific to devices ?...or when a license is granted, does it cover all product lines for a company?

I other words, is a license granted with an all encompassing fashion to a company when they are cut free of specific legal proceedings "With prejudice" for specific devices ?

With that thought, X-licensing may contribute to negations in that regard....e.Digital would not want to be confined.
