Well there are some hard facts coming...they are either good or bad ....for these facts e.Digital has no control over.

Thing is, the RIM hearing is still in secrecy....for what ever reason.

The Apple thing on SSD ....well, IMO, that's not as significant as CE.

Makes your decisions when the judges rules on CE....if he does not see things as indifferent to the Colorado Markman....then no judge from here on out will.

That is where I'm at.
