For me, when they show it, they show it...I, nor anyone else here, have any idea what the 392,000 of licensing revenue exactly entails. It's not specifically spelled out as far as I have read the 10-Q.

There's as much secrecy in there 10-Qs as there is in everything else they do.

They have in the past spread things out.

If the judge rules on the Apple/SSD issue ...and CE is either post pone, or just flat out denied ...

e.Digital has no excuses at that point to show it.
