She's been working the case from the get go....she's involved in the CE actions as well.

Which to me means... 2 things

1. The written arguments fell through... and shes going to appear on that matter. Would have figure her being pre excepted ?

2. She's getting ready for other actions .

Thing is its so now...that I say it's a POW WOW...for the current issue.
