Anyway, everything was to the judges discussion in Colarado....based on implicit issues.

That court was way ahead of us(me anyway)...but I'm on it now....I can cut 737 in half as to what is actually spelled out in it beyond the technical issues. With that, I also understand that the 774 issue as resolved will not impact 737 as it might have.

I know why 737 was not ruled on in Colorado and the judge gave us an out by not ruling.

All considered ...all was fair IMO.
