Apparently you did not read e.Digitals recent consideration....as to, if she had given the opinion as the re-exam now considers...the opinion would be different.

She ruled on the ambiguity of implicit vs. explicit details within the patent....and she knew where to draw the line as she saw fit...apparently others did not.

With that, we have to give the benefit of doubt to her.

It's straightened out now.....though we had to sacrifice the verbiage of the 774 patent.

After all is said and done, myself, I'm satisfied with 737 and the subsequent patents now considered for infringement....

That, and the fact ...that NUNCHI can still impact 774 going foward.
