This is the ruling I'm watching for - on the issue of estoppel. It should come this week if the Judge lives up to his self-imposed target (within two weeks). As I've suggested, IMO recent dismissals are conditional with at least one advising of settlement. I'm betting that there is a lot of potential dependent on this ruling, very near term.

Also I see EDIG's response to the estoppel motion as very convincing, this combined with positive reports from the hearing.
