Depending on the contexted of that sentiment(phrase)....for what you feel and what I ventured on your thread prior ....

The context of that phrase can be broken down into two issues

1. The defendants contension that "my plug assembly is different than yours" and more the root consideration of your sentiments.....where "

b. Infringement Under The Doctrine Of Equivalents"

comes into play regarding

‘insubstantial’ change from the claimed invention.

However,

2. It is a consideration of the patent that simply plugging in the memory and then doing nothing other than that, while the memory self configures is an important consideration as to...."Inserting and removing cards" as you put it.
