FWIW...It's looking like, to me anyway, that someone lent an ear full to Apple....or Apple is fishing.

The only thing that comes to my mind is ....in order for Apple and Rim to claim some form of connection to the e.Digital/Samsung agreement....Samsung had to be selling components to them that in some way is tied to e.Digital IP.

I would think that, Samsung would only be granted a license by e.Digital... to utilize what it got of e.Digital IP in specific licensed lines of Samsung consumer products only.
