It appears to me 8-2-2013 is as important a date,, as the two week decision of the judge for the CE issues...
I would say, as RIM has its employee deposition to support its considerations...all would have to have some form of inhouse employee with comments to lay claim.
and this is a non oral issue as the judge orders...on a dismiss issue...
?
Perhaps he has already made up his mind on this issue?
