I'm only putting my two cents in to get you all to think....

ruling now on the defendants motion...can be bleak, or it can be divine for e.Digital.

ruling on e.Digitals motion to postpone...is cautious...and can tech the judge what he needs to really be informed.

We've had years, he's had since 5-1-13 .....is he too new to the case that e.Digitals consideration should be considered? Are we getting screwed on the recent judge shuffle here?

My only problem with e.Digitals approach if granted ...defendants will settle...and we are going to have to start all over again....with the same arguments.

Perhaps I'm wrong being too hasty, but I'm sick of this legal mess....it can't seem to get on an even keel, If only it could do just that.
