Handicapping the situation

Thank you to all that have shared their thoughts and experiences as it relates to the hearing on Friday. After reading many posts and trying to come up with a theme or feeling; in the Colorado court DM stepped in some you know what when they brought up in open court past mistakes made by Judge Krieger. Probably did not ruin the whole thing, but certainly did not help. This case sounds like Mr. Apple attorney stepped in it on numerous occasions and probably did not do his side any favors. The final statement by Mr. Apple attorney is one of the lamest things that I think he could have said. "You can make it easier on yourself if you find in our favor because it will eliminate half the defendents"(paraphrase) WHAT? The judge is paid public official that would never make that part of his decision and if he did and shortened this case it just means that he would be assigned to the next case that much sooner. And that makes his job easier--Geesh. Anything can happen in a court, but I like our chances.
