I did not get the feeling he judge was a "techie" or knowledgeable about the subject at hand but I did get the distinct impression he read and was fully familiar with the briefs sent to him by both sides. He appeared to be fair, giving both sides their complete say. In fact he (IMO) seemed to be urging Mr. Apple to clarify much more than Mr. Handel.
In fact had I been the judge (but of course I'm not) I would have, at some point in Mr. Apple's presentation, stopped him and asked "If he was ever going to answer my question or GET TO THE POINT"
