We have a small group of investors, no posters, attending the hearing as we speak. The plan is for me to get a phone call, then report what happened today.

The people wish to remain annonomys...that's the deal.

The lead person was kind enough to involve me in this for the group, and it was set up 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I said nothing on purpose...duh...lol.

I will post what I am told, but my disclaimer is, until it is in PACER, it's not a done deal.

The hearing is in process at this time per an email a few minutes ago.
