I am not trying to be a wise a-- and we certainly need IPMetrics expertise to identify the proper range of value, but Nunchi is worth what someone is willing to pay. If there is one entity interested in licensing Nunchi they will negotiate hard to keep the price down. If we have say 3, 4, or 5 entities interested at the same time the price could be bid up.
