They do?....the Ipod may have some form of right...I remember seeing something.....as for the 1000....I`ve not seen anything.

You seem to be confused with ``published application``......it is not meant to represent the applications driving the devices.

Published Application is when the USPTO.....publicly publishes an application on behalf of a participants request for a patent. It may take up to a year to get the application published.

As of yet that published application has not turned into a patent.....IMO they may have to have a working platform to go along with the current particulars already presented.

For the DigE in current e.Digital format they can not use it.....without e.Digitals permission....as WENCOR does not own the technical issues.
