as of earlier this am, imo, has NOT joined in JVC's Reply to our Response to JVC's Motion for Collateral Estoppel.....all other defendants have joined with the JVC's Reply to our Resonse, only imo

San Disk did join in JVC's original Motion for Collateral Estoppel....but so far, imo, have NOT joined in the JVC Reply to our Response to their Motion....yeah, really.
