I was very pleased to see this document, and it is very enlightening (as I suggesting it would be the other day). I find our arguments very compelling (IMO indisputeable).

Now I wonder how this coincides with the recent (3-4) dismissals (possible settlements).

I still suspect that those dismissals (which appear to have been conditional), settlements and ultimately licensing are contingent on the court's ruling re: estoppel. I am no expert and I am not an attorney, but IMO we are golden on potentially all 3-4 of those dismissed actions, and further suspect that this could have a domino effect with all other litigants.

As always, I'm open to and solicit correction or alternate opinions. 'Cuz I KNOW nuttin'!
