New patent filings then marketing time is nothing new.

Prototype...we saw a sampling of how it works in a video demo 9-1-11.

I asked for a copy of the video to post and it's considered inside info so Fred could not send it.

If he puts the video in a PR for all to see it's NOT inside info, but sending it to a single shareholer is.

He chose not to PR it...keep in mind, the patents were not approved yet.

Now that they are approved, the marketing of this IP is not meant for the general public. They are presenting to OEM's etc with NDA's required.
