They must fear that the goods they sell are full of infringement...not just e.Digitals....where they were going to try and squash that problem....globally.

Thing is....Why would Newegg council be doing as they are with the documented e.mail going back and forth having a form of understanding?

e.Digital could name them again...seeing that issues were resolved in the MiTac case without prejudice
