At a quick glance re: interview summary of the 1st 2 I posted, Nunally had a telephonic interview with the examiner 6-24-13 regarding 3 claims in the 1st and 2 in the 2nd.

In a nutshell: Nunally is considering clarifying the definition of a social template to overcome the rejections.

On the 3rd item, power of attorney has been intialted as was done prior to the telephonic interviews of the 1st 2, so the next step if granted the same will happen to 3rd item posted.
