I want justice and a nice payday for my faith in the company also ! As many here do

I feel it's kinda like closing the barn door after the horses are already out !

Management took and honest and upfront approach shareing our technology with the big boys back then , We got burned , We let them burn us , Over and done , Don't dwell on it ! no point to .

Nunchi keep quiet / 6 patent's / ahead of the curve ( hopefully )

Do you honestly think Apple , Sandisk Etc. would not be billion dollar company's if edig never existed ?

Things weren't handled properly and we DIDN'T get any BREAKS / BRAKES Nota one!

Time is not on our side re: FlashR / if the market and the judicial system figures 2 pennies 3 pennies 4 pennies 10 pennies per unit or what ever it is , That's it , Let's get what's fair and reasonable for JULY 2013 and move on !

We will get an idea in 6 weeks !
