what the defendants are asking for is ridiculios IMO , their was no ruling on the 737 patents in colorado plus in this round we are including more patents, plus california is not colorado different state , different set of rules, different jurisdictions, different defendants and above all now we have certification from the uspto.

in other words it is a different ball game.
