Message: Docket Reports for JVC, Sandisk, & Apple

IMO, couldn't agree more...judges asking questions in final judgments,....yeah right, ......no judgment in case at all , AND, IMO, i do NOT believe the colorado court ever filed a "determination" on a patent to the uspto, which, imo, lowly, they are required to do if a determination is made on a patent, in fact, imo, i believed the colorado case was reported to uspto office as "dismissed', all imo.. could be incorrect on this but is plank's recollection, .......

good luck, obviously the 14 remaining cases/defendants, don't like our settlement numbers, and plank likes that... btw, most of these cases are about more than one patent and more than one claim on each patent, so this motion is partial at best.

imo, the lowly plank

ps the defense lawyers couldn't even get their certificate of services filed correctly, and counsel for Apple forgot to "sign" their collateral motion,,, OK...... good luck with that!
