Since May, 2012 thru this month, I've placed 11 buy orders with a limit at the ask good for one day and all 11 filled in seconds.

I never use AON or FOK.

My attitude is, if I want the shares I am willing to pay a tad more to make sure I get them.

But, that's just me.
