IMO, the web info was to announce the signing of an agreement so prospective licensees knew who the contact channel was. In other words, EDIG delagated that function to IPmetrics to broker the deals or deal.
The form was to have "buyers" register to obtain the needed documents, NDA requirements etc, to pursue licensing.
Now that "phase one" of the process is accomplished, the web presence is no longer needed, meaning, they have all the prospects they need, and only major players.
EDIG does not need 100 NUNCHI licenses, they need just a handful of the major players OR....sign on an exclusive for a "mega" price...ORRRR...sell the company lock stock and barrel to the highest bidder.
Far fetch thoughts???
