Thing is, DMS is the current juge and he would have had to make the JVC ruling regarding what claims construction will be considered for a jury trial. He's only been there since 5-1-2013, and for JVC and e.Digital to have already offered their opposing clims construction issues to be considered by a judge...I don't think that has happened yet.

The court was in the middle of a state of confusion as to what judge would be running the show....never mind administer claims construction issues.....lol

This makes no sense...but then...e.Digital is in the middle of it...and we know that a black cloud follows them....everywhere...
