Taking information off a website is not a material event--cancelling a written agreement to sell or license your product I think would be. What is a reasonable amount of time for either side to say something to the public?

IF they have reached some sort of tentative agreement and have, in effect, temporarily taken Nunchi off the market to complete that transaction, would it not have to be for the whole thing? If it was just a license deal wouldn't the company want to continue to sign other licensees?

As in real estate, sometimes an exclusive right to sell is granted by the seller to the broker, but if the seller had been in prior negotiations with a buyer/licensee that were close but had fallen apart, the seller might require the broker to exclude that particular client from the new marketing process and not owe them a commission if that client deal came back to life.

Just some thoughts--it is what it is.
