Yes it is very complex and if not understood, then we need to improve the communication to the market, which includes not only the providers but also the end user that often times has the final say in accepting new technology and applications.

If the end user was adequately informed of its potential and they decided that it was useful in their every day life, then those needs wuld be amplied in total and the providers would want to initiate full capabilities to satisfy the user demands.
