It may, on the surface, seem to be Nunchi-like and I agree that we are not alone in the space. However, unless one knows everything that each product is capable of and can do a side by side comparison, it is impossible to determine which one may be superior or more or less marketable. Then again, ones strengths may be the others weakness or vice versa and the particular needs of the prospective licensees would drive them to one over the other.
