Thank you for your post heybrad and I'm not surprised by it at all. Haha . The first 2 sentences of your post is written as if factual that the early neutral evaluation is the reason for the price decline on Friday. Can you please post your evidence of this? Please provide absolute proof that what your sayng is true. If you can't provide proof then of course this is just your opinion which all should take accordingly knowing how you feel towards this company. As far as Apple not settling I am not at all surprised by this. Apple doesn't get to be the behemoth they are without playing hardball to suitors. If they just rolled over to every suitor then they would have the reputation of being easy legal targets which they are not. I believe Neverending is correct in his opinion that investors were hoping for a quick easy settlement with Apple and when they found out it could be awhile decided to sell for other investment oppurtunities.
