It would be nice to have a better understanding of the court's plan with regards to the different defendants. Each defendant if infringing will have come to that infringement in different ways than the others (different devices, different manufactures etc.) and so will have a differing approach when demonstrating their non-infringement. Maybe they will all hire the same attorney to represent them and go for a common denominator.
