What happened?

I own a small amount of EDIG at this point.....but some probably remember me from the past.
I'm trying to make sense of the recent drop in PPS. It looks like what happened was:
- we were in the 15-16 cent PPS zone (sustained),
- info comes out indicating that the case against Apple will not commence until a date a few months later than expected - at least by a couple of shareholders,
- somebody (perhaps just one significant shareholder) did a panic market order sale (based purely on unrealistic expectations),
- the PPS drops all the way down to 8 cents (probably because their brokerage/MM has a policy of immediately filling market orders, PPS be darned - mine does - ETrade),
- people have the opportunity to recognize the above, but don't buy into the selling pressure.
So a couple month perceived delay in one case (albeit against a heavy hitter), after all these years, is enough to cause EDIG to languish in the 10-11 cent zone? Really?
Some recognized a buying opportunity, and may have taken advantage. Some = few.
What really changed in the overall scheme of things? IMO, nothing - except a PPS some 30% down.
Open to correction and desiring enlightenment. I admit to not being as on top of things as I probably should be.
