The claims construction consideration is part of the process. The time frame from now to March 2014 is 9 months.

The court laid down the ground rules of when things are to collectively proceed. They all need to have their ducks in a row by the dates considered by the court.

I was wondering how this was going to fit into the multiple case method...now we know.

I don't know how new cases that might be added fit this. If I remember, the initial order for the recent conference considered,, on going, transferred, or new cases have to fit.

anyway....the full legal issues are now in play. Each case will have to present it's claims construction issues.

I'd say e.Digital already has theirs boiler platted....if anything is considered for claims construction.
