On February 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. the Court will hold a joint telephonic conference to discuss the parties' intended presentations at the claim construction hearing, including any tutorial and testimony. The claim construction hearing will be held on March 11 and 12, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.

Apple could extend this process out for a couple of years, then appeal if they don't win. Will we ever see any money from Apple?
