Can't blame this one on Fred. Our court system has and always will favor the allegedly guilty over the allegedly wronged--innocent until proven guilty. Then there are countries where if you steal something and they find one guy to say that he saw you do it, they cut your hand off a week later. As much as it hurts us in this case, I like our system better.
