Anyway, re: kiosks, I`m afraid you`re thinking what I originally thought - a fully automated kiosk with no direct human involvement. But consider that by ``kiosk``, they`re talking a sales booth type arrangement with live people (like rental car kiosks at an airport). Direct human involvement, and periodic uploading, etc., as would be done for an airline (but at a fixed location). Does this concept resolve your issue?
