After a few more settlements, PR's, GUIDO and I will pay him another visit.
I like to see him after a positive event, giving us a chance to discuss it and thank him.
I have always gotten along with him, share how our group feels about various issues and deliver the message in a respectful, non confrontational manner, thus the door is unlocked...lol.
