I'll add, simply put, the NUNCHI IP completes the package that IP or just task specific apps by others start. Our IP is far reaching compared to for examples, Qualcomm's Gimbal, Verizon Selects and Google Now.

All 3 participate in CA and can be enhanced to benefit the user if they license NUNCHI.

Another example is the anti texting/talking/surfing the web while driving. The phone will send a customized text of the users liking such as, "I am in route to Los Angeles from San Diego and will get back to you when I check in at the hotel." The phone is deactivated above 10 MPH.

There are other anti texting apps on the market but that is basically all they do. This not NUNCHI, nor do these apps infringe.
