Yes, its the tech for me as well.

As a matter of fact, I bought my first 50K in 1999 and I did NOT buy this stock because of their financials got my attention. As a matter of fact, I never even looked at the financials. What I did look at was the Patents, IP technology, and the big name alliances e.Digital was forming with Lucent, Intel, IBM, etc.... it was the tech not the financials that drew me to this stock. Now, 14 years later, it's still the tech that keeps me here. I believe the tech is still very valuable (in my opinion, we got shafted big time and that's why the financials suck now... but payup time is upon us) and even more valuable with NUNCHI in the works. Sadly, the financials are still not much to look at. But, this may change in the near future with the settlements lining up. If we get NUNCHI contracts with some Big Name Companies, then off to the races we go.

So, when my funds permit, I've been adding shares for the last couple of years and have accumlated a boatload. I've AVERAGED DOWN and my shareprice average is .14 cents. So, I'm dead even.

• I still believe in EDIG's technology and Patents.
• FRED has gained a lot of respect from me lately with his decisions to hire Handal and IPmetrics
• Flash R Porfolio is going to make us money
• NUNCHI will gain traction soon
