I may be wrong but this could mean the company who was released with prejudice will more than likely pay a one time fee and be granted use of patents. The other companies who sell all types of other companies nifringing products will be without prejudice because they constantly sell products and like another company in the very beginning this may mean ongoing payments based on sales of said products. IMHO and I very we'll could be wrong
