My "guess" would be that their was a settlement, joint motion to dismiss, with prejudice meaning we cannot revisit the same action due to a mutually agreeable resolution.
As for the vendors, they are released without preudice because they could be selling products from another company that also infringe on our patents and could be included in another case. I would also assume they are not making a payment to eDig.
