Wencor on all digeplayers, until they have completed their so called product improvements with their now prime engineering contractor. This is also true for the development of the digesystem.

Now Rp has stated that they will receive revenues from sales to Railway Media. He didn`t specify if Wencor or edig was the selling entity. Either way we will generate revenues, either from direst sales or from Wencors direct sales after purchasing the units from us.

The product information coming from Railway Media specifies the digeplayer, which is ours from an IP standpoint.

Now if Wencor decides to make a product change, then I would have to think that the door was open for us to market directly to Railway, our digeplayer or a variation thereof.

Either way, it is a good guess that sales to Railway

will result in reven ue to edig.
