Dish lets not put the cart before the horse, it would be nice to get our first IP settlement then we can worry about the dreaded NDA. I'm sure you know my feelings about that. Your view makes sense but I'd rather come from a position of strenght and lay it out there like I've seen hundreds of times on this forum, So & So wins 200 million for infrigement, over & over.
