Yes of course, it could be EDIG who wants the NDA's but we don't know that. I seem to remember during the CO cases, someone posting that Fred had mentioned it was at the Defendant's insistence in one instance.

I'm not sure why we have to hear the same whining after every settlement either. Here we have two PR's within a week announcing settlements and we have whining. Some people just won't be satisfied with even the best news and shouldn't be invested in the stock market. They just don't have the cajones for it. Bank CD's or money market accounts are their best bets IMO.
