Our enemy todate has been the NDA's. From the start they prevented EDIG from letting known just what the deals were. That resulted in the theft of the pattens. Today we now have the NDA's that prevent just what the settlements were. I've noticed and others have also noticed that other were not constraint in any of their announcements where money was mantioned. Why do we continue to honor these request. If a settlement was made , it was made period. What else beyond a licence is also part of the settlement. Its that part that will get the attention of others. Don't protect these thieves by hiding what they have to pay for their theft.
