Without knowing any details as to when they started crunching numbers to set an initial value on licenses, be that during their DD before we signed each other on, or starting Mar 27, their 6 to 8 week window is up next week.

It's nice to see several settlements rolling in, but NUNCHI deals are the ticket IMO.
