Anyway, it's not new business to me, perhaps to the general public it might be news.

The only event of news I get out of it:

"Responsible companies like Diasonic and iriver, who respect the intellectual properties of others, are some of the most recent parties to license our technology."

It's news without the full context, IMO, they are being reserved for a better release. Heck, Iriver isn't even complete until the end of the month, why name that one?
