it is based on the number of units sold, if we say apple sold ipods only in the last 10 years exceed 1.7B units and ipads alone about 304m units that puts us with ipods and ipads alone excluding iphones about 2 b units and if we get say half a penny a unit that puts us at $10m dollars and if we get 3.5 cents wishful thinking that puts us at $70m dollars, so between the ipod, ipad and iphone alone we are talking about $15m - $100m dollars .

the question is this possible?

is it fair?

are we due these amounts fair and square?

i will leave it at that at this point in time, and i am talking apple only in this scenaro

Is it going to be a big fight? small fight? easy/hard negotiation? only god knows what our future holds.
